do u results faster if u workout with light or heavy weights ??i drink a protein shake after my workouts too

When can i start to work out again?
i was doing wii fit the other day and i hurt my shoulder doing pushups. i couldent lift my arm for a few days but after 2 weeks it feels bettter but still sore. can i continue doing p90x or will i hurt my self more

What are the work out floor frisbees called?
My old trainer and I used to do a exercise with something that looks like a frisbee but we put it on the floor and i put a foot on it and stretch one to the side at a time. does that make sense? do you know what i'm talking about?

Why do my muscles feel like they shrink when i work out?
Every time i workout my muscle will be tight for a about 5 minutes and then they will start to become flabby again. How can i stop this from happening?

Should i work out at night or morning?
im taking trimulean and it makes me take it 30 mins before every meal. but i workout right as soon as i wake up in the morning. am i getting the full affect of the trimulean or should i workout at night so i have all the trimulean in my system?

A question about work out results?
well I pace running for 2.5 miles in 35 minutes and then I walk the same distance in 45min . Yes, I do what to run faster but I'm having a hard time with that. I've only been running seriously and steadly for a week. I'm suprised that I can even run that far n nanyway I also belly dance I will start practicing belly dance 3 times a week and boxing the other days.....but I was wondering if I lose going to lose weight i know it may sound like a stupid question but let me explain I usually over do it so I can see the scale lower..but this time I just love working out and I enjoy everything I'm doing. I can see myself lossing inches and my resting heart rate is so much lower than when I started to try and loss weight years ago my heart rate was 111..then 96..and now 83 I usually give up because the scale won't move..but I won't this time. But I would like to know what to expect because lossing weight is still the goal. I want to be 130lbs and right now I am 185will I lose more weight over time.... yes I take in less calories please and thank you

Im trying to get toned not muscualr. how often do i work out?
so im not trying to build muscle mass i just want to get trid of the flabby i have on my inner thighs and tummy and tone them up. so should i do my exercises every day or every other day? and what kind of exercises should i do?

Need Help With My Work out on muscle?
Hi i been working out for a few months now and Im trying to get cutt and lean with some good amount of muscle my question is since I havent seen anymore results for some time now should I add an extra set to my weight lifting like instead of doing 4 sets doo five sets or add an extra 5 pounds to my dumbells since i use to bench that declines and inclines and i do dumbell work outs for my chest and everythings and i do 40 pounds each hand...please help this is kind of making me wanna give up also how many calories does someone half to take in a day i do pretty intense work outs but i always tend to eat some candy once or twice out the week

My sister brought me along to a strength training class and I walked out early because I felt extremely nautious, out of breath, and my vision was blurry. Was this appropriate on a personal level?I used to bodybuild but that was four years ago, and I have lost most of my strength

I've been working out, eating right and i don't see any results?!?
I got a gym membership 3 weeks ago. On friday will be my 3rd week working out 5 times a week. On MWF, i'll work out at least 2 hours which includes full body muscle building toning that a trainer wrote up for me with different machines and cardio between sets, and after, 30 min cardio which i jog and power walk on and off 5 minutes each. on tuesday and thursdays, i do 45 min of cardio which is 5 minutes of jogging and then 5 min powerwalk and then jog again etc etc. then i do stretches and some abs. I am eating as much protein as i can and following everything she told me, but i just feel like i'm bulking up. my legs are muscular and i want them smaller..is there some deal with building a crap load of muscle before burning fat? and if so..how long will i have to wait to see fat melt off? I weigh more than i did before i started working out and my fat percentage was like 35.5 %. what the heck is going on?
