A good weight training workout for a skinny hard gainer?
I am really tall and skinny and I need to get as big as possible, any1 know any good gain training routines, like amount of sets, reps, time of rests, nutritionand i can do nonstop 200 situps and 100 pushups, but thats all calisthenics, i need something that would make me grow

My head starts to hurt when I start my weight training workout?
For my last 2 workouts I've gotten a pain in my head. The first time I didn't feel it much and ignored it, the second time I felt more pain in a larger area, but I continued anyway. Now I tried to workout again but the whole front of my head started to hurt very bad and I stopped. The pain stayed for about 20 minutes after I stopped it gradually got less painful . This always happened at the beginning of my workout after I did my warm up. When I do martial arts or some type of cardio this doesn't happen, only with weight lifting.I think I'm over training. But I'm not having symptoms like sleeping troubles, fatigue, or digestive problems. How should I go about fixing this? Is it even over training? I'm willing to take a few weeks off from weight training to get this under control.
