How to get fit with not much time to spare?
hey guys. I am growing older and am in some desperate need of physical excersize not for physical shape, just to burn off some steam . However, being a professional part time musician, as well as a student, i am always very very busy and never have a lot of time is there any quick excersizes that i can use or do to blow off steam? Weight Lifting Schedule To bulk up and get fit?
Hi All I am playing soccer this year, and need to get fit. I have been lifting weights for a while now, but only to 'bulk' up and not get 'ripped.' I would like stronger legs so that I can kick the ball farther, and I would like to be able to sprint and have a lot of stamina without losing the bulk that I have created. I plan to keep my upper body the same, so I'm not looking to change anything there. Here is what I currently do Upper Body3 sets of 6 Bicep curls 12.5kg ea 3 sets of 6 Concentration curls 12.5kg ea 3 sets of 6 French curls 10kg ea 3 sets of 6 Front raises 5kg ea 3 sets of 6 Side raises 5kg ea 3 sets of 6 Lat Pull Downs 20kg Legs3 sets of 6 Leg Raises 20kg What I want to know is, how many reps and sets should I do for my legs to get fit, and still have strength to kick the ball far?What do you do?Thanks

What should I be eating if I am trying to get fit at age 20?
I am trying to get in shape, I am 20 years old, I weigh between 143 145, I am about 5'9. I work out twice a week for an hour at a work out class where we do abs, push up's, the whole nine yards not to much free weights though , I would say I eat some what healthy i don't eat much fast food or chips ext. I am really trying to build muscle look lean but I do not want to gain to much weight to where I cannot get a six pack. My question is what should I be eating and how much???I was going to add my focus is not to loose weight I am actually pretty skinny for being a male at my age...I want to put on more muscle weight with out getting fat ...Sorry for the confusion, although some of this advice is interesting to me

I am tired of being known as the whimp. I suck at all sports, except for badminton Today on our beep test, I got 2o, and everyone else got around 50. I usually get 3o, and am fine with that, but next time I want 4o atleast. The next beep test is in June.I want to not only do good on the next beep test, but be more fit when I come back from march break. March break starts on thursday, because we have half day thursday and no school friday. What is getting fit for bands like?
i have to get fit for bands on monday cuz i need an expander...i asked this girl in my class cuz she had one and she said they put diff. bands on ur molars. but once they find the right one, they jam it up in ur gums, then take another molding. i partailly dont beleive her...why would they do molding w the bands on if i just got the molding last week? and do they really jam it up there? i had spacers put on last week...4 on one side 2 on the other. do they take my spacers out and put em back in? do they keep the bands on? does it hurt when they take spacers out? DOES IT HURT ?? cuz when i got the spacers in they JAMMED them up my gums and it hurt like you wouldnt believe...im scard plz help...srry its so long.
