Question: Im trying to get fit. help? (Posted by: cece on 2010-02-07 16:06:58) I ve got the diet part covered lol but the working out is getting hard with school and stuff. the main areas i want to work on is a rounder but a flatter stomach nicer legs and stronger arms (but not to where i look like a freakin body builder) can anyone give me ideas that are fun and quick that give results (in other words no crunches or lunges :D) thank you so much! |

Posted by: Daniel M on 2010-02-07, 16:16:34 . so swim swim swim! swimming gets you extrmely lean and cut. and arms do a lot of pushups before you go to bed around 200 but do 10 sets of 20. also do high reps you will get a lot stronger and cuter. Drink lots of water! water is important.. Swiming will do your abs. what you should do is lift then swim. and Legs do leg press and hip adductoin and hip adutor work they will all get ur legs toned but do high rep again. |
