You should combine diet and exercise for best and fast results. Choose healthy foods you like and replace unhealthy ones you eat in a day with them. Drink lots of water. Stay away from fat and sugar. Dont eat after 7pm. Eat 5 small meals in day, including snacks, not 3 big ones. Eat grilled and boiled foods, not fried and fastfoods. Here is a sample diet plan; Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea Snack: nuts or fruits Lunch: Salad Snack again Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad You should exercise for best, fast and permanent results. You can exercise at home easily with a good program. And support it with walkings or runnings. There is a good program which includes exercises and eating plan. It is most recommended one. Me and my friends use it. Take a look at it and more helpful articles about weight loss, nutrition and exercise from diettipsandfitness.com/ Good luck:)

Eating small, frequent meals is best since it keeps your metabolism boosted and keeps you from binge eating later in the day. Never skip breakfast either, but make sure it's healthy and not full of sugar. Eating out of boredom is a big problem, try to have things on hand like raw veggies already cut up and ready to eat so you can grab those when you get fidgety. Get lots of fiber in your diet and drink lots of water. And, of course, add exercise. A good cardio routine (include interval training for even greater results) and strength training will give you the fastest weight loss. You don't need a lot of expensive "diet foods " just try to stay away from sugary junk foods and soft drinks and opt for simple things like chicken, fish, veggies, and whole grains. D.J.

No matter how you slice it, diet is a dirty word. It smacks of deprivation and hunger pangs. To overcome the pain, you need a plan. So WebMD asked the experts for advice, and put together their quick tips on how to get your weight lossgoing. 1. Know Your Weight Loss Goals 2. Understand Your Weight Loss Personality 3. I found this on this website. There are more tips and info. 1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure. 2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program. 3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily. 4. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week 5. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you'll lose inches before pounds 6. Avoid any type of "low carb " sweetener for the first two weeks 7. Don't compare your loss to someone else's - this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary) 8. Stalls are common around the third week so don't panic 9. If you follow your plan to the T and don't lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food 10. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison 11. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts - make sure your doctor knows that you're doing low carb and when you started 12. Don't blame the diet if you don't read your plan book -- blame the diet if you don't read the labels -- Don't blame the diet if you don't follow the diet

Weight loss is a tricky topic. Lots of people are unhappy with their present weight, but most aren't sure how to change it - and many would be better off staying where they are. You may want to look like the models or actors in magazines and on TV, but those goals might not be healthy or realistic for you. Besides, no magical diet or pill will make you look like someone else. So what should you do about weight control? Hope this can help u. :)
