Question: How can a 12 year old get fit fast? (Posted by: smileygemstone on 2010-02-02 16:35:38) I have religious school Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday which I can't miss. I have a broken arm. I am overweight and want to make an impression to my peers. I have an acting class on Fridays. On mondays I have to go to after school homework group. Even if I could do sports, my parents can't afford it and I have no idea when the seasons start. We can't get any excersize equipment because there is no room in my house. How can I do this quickly? |

Posted by: jessyeloveskurt on 2010-02-02, 16:45:06 Go running. It's easy, you control how long and fast you do it and all you need is a pair of tennis shoes and some old clothes to exercise in. |

Posted by: Alessandra on 2010-02-02, 16:46:44 Running around your block or something jumping jacks (with one arm) squats how about u work on ur lower body, and once ur arm starts to heal up, work on upper body? also, diet and excersize! |
