Posted by: Andrew on 2010-02-01, 19:48:41 Cramps from running are mostly likely due to not being hydrated enough and your ab muscles being very weak (im assuming its stomach cramps your talking about). Make sure your drink plenty of water through out the day, not just before you go run. Do a good bit of crunches and other ab exercises a couple times a week to strengthen your ab muscles. Other then that just keep running, you said it yourself your not in good shape so your gonna be hurting until your body gets used to working out. As for the diet thing, a diet doesn't have to mean eating less food. A diet means what you eat, so you can go on a new diet by just giving up junk food or trying to eat more veggies or lean meats. |
