Question: Is this enough to get fit? (Posted by: Billy on 2010-01-27 13:48:52) This in a rotation of day A then day B. (with no break day) Day A: 20 pushups, then 15 pushups, then 10 pushups then 5 pushups. is this enough to get pecks fit? and triceps? AND 200 Abb ripper X abb workouts. Day B: Cardio, either 30 min of rowing or 30 min of jogging.. |
