If someone can give me a schedule of how I can get fit, then please answer. I have Wii Fit and I am hoping that someone can give me a nice workout routine on it using a weekly or daily schedule. I need to get fit for the obvious reasons and I am confused over which programs or exercises I should be doing to get fit in the morning; I'm a healthy eater. I want to get fit in all areas

I don't have a wii fit, so I can't give you a workout routine on that, but I can give you advice on getting fit in a healthy way, so here goes First off, in your first month of excercise you will probably see some drastic results and the following months you will not loose nearly as much. Dont get discouraged, this is normal. Your body has to rid itself of all the toxins, water weight, etc and thats where the big numbers will come from in the beginning. The smaller numbers after that will be fat that your loosing, and thats what you probably want anyways. So. You need to change your meal plans to eat 5 small meals a day. A larger breakfast high in fiber, skim milk, orange juice, a fruit etc A snack before lunch (think a handful of nuts which are high in protein, or a high fiber granola bar) Lunch think some lean protein (a palm full) tofu, chicken beef, etc. Fill up your plate with veggies, and any bread should be whole wheat/ 12 grain type thing. (sandwiches are good for lunch) You can either have another snack between lunch and dinner or you can save it for a later snack The snack should be fruit if you had nuts or something earlier. Dinner is similar to lunch. A palmfull of lean protein, a full plate of veggies and some high fiber or leaner carbs (don't be afraid of food, your body needs fuel in order to loose weight.) For a workout, start slow. Power walk 4 or 5 times a week minimum. Don't over do it every day. If your muscles are sore, go out, but not for as long or at such a high intensity. and DON'T cut your calories in half or basically starve yourself then work yourself to death and expect to loose weight. Your metabolism will crap out, you'll plateau and then gain all that weight back. Make sure you eat, healthy every day. Look online for the proper amounts of food and follow them. Healthy does not mean bland. Running or power walking is one of the easiest cheapest most effective ways of burning calories and loosing weight. You'll build lean muscle mass and loose fat all over. You don't have to be running for 20 mins before you burn fat. Your always burning fat, any form of activity just increases that. I've read that working out in intervals is good or weight loss. Like running at a fast speed for a few mins, then slowing down to a more comfortable speed for a few mins, then doing it all over again. Same for walking. Excercises are easier. You can do many muscle targeting exercises in the comfort of your own home, but keep in mind even if you have killer muscles, unless your doing cardio, you'll never see them, because muscle targeting exercises do not burn fat. Drink tons of water. It flushes out salts from your body that cause bloating Eat or drink protein after a work out to repair muscle tissue (nuts, milk, soybeans) Don't get discouraged. Turn your workouts into a daily routine, eventually they become just as natural as getting up to go to work/ school/ etc and can even become an enjoyable part of life. Both of the links below are excellent, check em out ^^ Good Luck!
