What is a good exercise workout plan for a 16 year old?
i just want to tone up my body stomch, arms, legs.swim suit season is in about 5 months, what should i do day to day to get the PERFECT body?

Okay, first things first I'm not fat. I've gained about some pounds since two years ago I'm fourteen and it's all because I quit playing sports, not because I'm getting older. DON'T SAY I'M TOO YOUNG. I'm turning fifteen this summer. Two years ago, I weighed around 110 ibs and I had the perfect body not trying to brag, but looking back now I did . Now, I weigh 125. I want to go back to 110, and I know I can. I'm trying to get back in shape by summer. Bathing suit season, blah blah blah. Anyways, I need some workouts for my arms, because the muscle on them turned to fat. And I need some workouts for the stomach. At the moment, I'm doing four different kinds of weight lifting and about 100 sit ups a day, and running 3 miles. I need certain workouts for my particular case. And, a good diet. Like, what to eat for lunch, what not to eat...Please, help. I seirously need some.

This is what i have to work with, a bench press bar with 100 pounds. and the " perfect push up" handles. now i just want to hang clean with the bar and i would like to incorporate sit ups along with this routine. and if i want to work out everyday with this, how many sets and reps should i do of each?

Let's say I wake up to a half cup of oatmeal with cinnamon and an apple, and then, thirty minutes later, run for thirty minutes. Then, following the workout, I drink a protein shake or eat a protein bar. Is this good? I'm trying to gain muscle here and all advice is welcome.

What's your favorite exercise/workout...?
I'm trying to shed some lbs, and HATE to exercise. In the summer I always went on long walks, so keeping my weight in check was no problemo. Since it's gotten so cold out I live where we get feet of snow and below 0 temps, so walking outside isn't exactly an option. I was considering getting a membership to the workout facility uptown, but I'd rather just find an excise vid and do it at home. I'm going to have to start out slow, anyone know of a good workout video that works it's way into it...like from beginners..then to moderate and so on? I remember in HS we used to do " sweatin to the oldies with richard simmons" lol, and as cheesy and goofy as he is...the workouts were really easy and fun So what's your favorite workout video?

at home? right now i have a punching bag out on my patio, ill knee it a couple times and throw some punches at it. but my problem is that after a week, i get bored and stop working out, which doesnt help because i'm trying to lose weight right now. i'm not too into the idea of going out to a gym, especially because i have no one to go with.so any fun exercises with or without punching bags that you guys could tell me of would be great thanks in advance p.s. running is out, ive had spinal cord injury for the past 5 years, and i have drop foot and i wear a brace, so it's pretty hard to run, or at least attempt to.
Question about exercise/workouts?
i have made up my own workout routine consisting of 2 sessions a day, totalling 40 sit ups, 32 push ups 16 reps of bicycle exercise and 30 minutes of cardiovascular.in the morning...10 sit ups8 press ups8 reps of bicycle exercise15 minutes of kicking a football against a wall for cardiovascular increases heart rate and works up a good sweat 8 reps of bicycle exercise8 press ups 10 sit upsthis routine takes approx 30 minutes, it is quite tough, gets the heart rate pumping and i can feel it in my muscles for a few hours afterwards.in the evening the routine is the same as abovehow effective do you think this would be for a small amount of weight loss and muscle building of abs and arms? i plan to add weights to my work out as soon as i can get some.what do you think to this work out routine? any advice, tips or guidance would be great
