When things become stale or stagnant nothing changes. When you stay in one place for to long your brain begins to view it as home. When you are home you are comfortable and nothing changes. In order to get stronger you have to make changes so your brain and body cannot adapt. When you confuse your brain it will try its hardest to adapt by doing anything possible. This is where your body is more powerful than you imagine. By changing your workout and making your body guess builds muscle. So instead of just rotating exercises every few weeks, really place something challenging and different in front of your brain. In turn for brain will be forced to build more muscle and strength in order to accommodate for the new challenge. And then right when your brain thinks it has figured it out you change it again. Think outside the box. Continue the cycle for better gains.
