I am whitedragonawa. I am using the Everlast Shadow Boxer tool to get fit and make my punches way faster. I want explosive hands that are fast. I am doing resistance band training for about 5 minutes with no break. I do as many punches as I can do during that time. It works out your shoulder muscles really hard. After that I do 15 minutes of regular shadow boxing with no resistance and my hands feel super light. Use the bands every other day for 5 minutes and 15 minutes without them. But every day do about 20 minutes of shadow boxing even without the bands. This is for martial arts training! It will ware you out and make you super tired. Will I ever get a 6 pack?
