HOw do you "get fit"?
I had a question abouyt like um badaad ccramps when running and there like " even if you skinny that doesnt mean ur fit" I know im not too healthy but i though as longs is i look skinny and all and whatever ok as long as im not obese that id be healthyish..but i think i learned different haha. I will eat healther ya ... And ill NEVER diet. Mt best friend diets. all she eats is is potien and water. SO SAD I tell ehr to stop that she actually looks BAD but she wont listen. I NEVER wanna be too skinny. Id say i was maybe a BIT skinnier that what is now considered AVERAGE , but i still wanna be healthy
Is my workout routine good? Need to get fit.?
So i wanna get fit. Im 16 now and about to start college and ive developed a bit of a gut. would like to get lean and also i would like my arms to be bigger. Not huge just enough. Is my routine good for me.3 sets of 10 push ups3 sets of 10 sit ups and 10 crunches 4 sets of 10 curls relatively low in weight and a 30 minute run. i don't know how often i should do this.Thanks

i ve got the diet part covered lol but the working out is getting hard with school and stuff. the main areas i want to work on is a rounder but a flatter stomach nicer legs and stronger arms but not to where i look like a freakin body builder can anyone give me ideas that are fun and quick that give results in other words no crunches or lunges D thank you so much

This in a rotation of day A then day B. with no break day Day A 20 pushups, then 15 pushups, then 10 pushups then 5 pushups. is this enough to get pecks fit? and triceps?AND 200 Abb ripper X abb workouts.Day B Cardio, either 30 min of rowing or 30 min of jogging..

How much would you need to walk at normal fast pace daily every 2 days to get fit?I live nearby a woodland walkway which goes on for several miles and I've been considering using it but would it be effective? Would it result in any fat loss around my upper body as well as my lower body? My BMI is still below overweight but I do have a bit of a belly, and because I'm 6ft tall it doesn't show as much when I'm standing, but I feel it does when I sit down

i am overweight at 80 kg 176 lbs and i am 1.66 m 5.5 ft . Does anyone have any tips feedback anything on the best way to loose weight, get fit and stronger. Is it better for me to eat 3 or 6 meals a day? I really want to loose 15 kg, how long will this take me? I am a student and do not have the money to spend loads of money on diet foods.
